"Kim Lock helped me figure out my life insurance policies, while being very understanding and patient. She spent nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, including me conference calling my in laws more then once to help me decide on the best coverage. She didn't try to oversell me on anything and just took time to explain my options and answer my MANY questions to get me to the right coverage to protect me and my family. I would recommend anyone looking into life insurance to speak with Kim about their options because she was pleasure to deal with."

"Coming back to edit my original one star review because I am overall happy with the outcome after speaking with the manager. Previously my experience did not match up with the amazing reviews online. BUT… after speaking with the manager Shannon, she cleared everything up. She was super kind and made everything make sense. She was very knowledgeable and could answer all of the unanswered questions I had from speaking with others here. I would give my experience with Shannon 5 stars. But overall 4 because of the last 4 months of stress and hassle. Hoping from here forward everything will go as smoothly as it did today with Shannon!"
